Returns Policy
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unopened boxes purchased as surplus material for a completed job.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Boxes must be completely unopened and unused

Products must remain in original packaging and resaleable condition

A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Opened boxes

Installed, partially used, or damaged products

Change of mind after packaging has been opened

Clearance or sale items

Custom or special-order products
Return Process
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product fault or our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, so we can assess and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
