Access & Accounts

Products & Information

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours, textures and finishes may appear different on screens and lighting conditions. Samples are provided as a guide only and natural variation between batches may occur.

Product specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if required (for example, stock issues or pricing errors).

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Shipping, delivery and handling are quoted separately where applicable.

Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Delivery pricing is calculated based on location, order size, access requirements and freight method. Final delivery costs may be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability or third-party courier delays.

If installation is booked through Central Flooring, delivery may be carried out by our installers. Delivery and handling costs associated with installation (including travel, loading and unloading) may apply and will be discussed prior to confirmation.

Risk and responsibility for goods passes to you once goods are delivered or collected.

Pre-Orders & Samples

Some products may be offered on pre-order. Estimated arrival dates are indicative only and subject to change.

Sample orders are intended to assist with colour and finish selection. Samples do not guarantee exact batch matching for full product orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and media, is owned by or licensed to Central Flooring Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our written permission.
